Academics

Hybrid School

Program Overview

Classical Core

Students receive a comprehensive, rigorous academic education in partnership with homeschooling parents. School subjects include science, social studies, literature, writing, math circle/logic, and explorations. Parents select a core math and language arts program to complete on home days.

Hands On Learning

Students learn by doing. Teachers introduce a concept, then engage with it through activities, discussions, simulations, crafts, experiments, and projects. The environment is dynamic and students are moving and collaborating in each block.

Rich Experiences

Every Friday, we engage with our world and connect with the content we’ve been learning in the classroom through field trips exploring the cultural riches of the National Capital region.
