We will be hosting information sessions and tours each month to give prospective families a chance to get to know our program, facility, and staff. If you are interested in registering for one of the in-person tours, please email lauren@scholenova.org.

The Admissions Process:

Applications for the 2024-25 school year are now available! Our priority admissions deadline is March 1, 2024. After that date, rolling admissions will continue on a space-available basis.
Applications for the current school year (2023-24) will continue to be accepted throughout the year on a space-available basis.

  • Submit an application and reference forms.
  • Meet with the directors for a family interview.
  • Student visits the school for a shadow day.
  • Formal decision made by SCIE staff. Submit enrollment paperwork, tuition deposit ($600), and background check within one week of acceptance.
